User Problem

Based on our customer journey research, we found that users thought that Bite Squad was a nice app with a good restaurant selection, but they did not think it stands out compared to other similar apps.

Fees and taxes on the check out screen are one of the things that all users pay a lot of attention to. Especially those who habitually put in small orders say that the added amount can be a deterrent. It is therefore important for users to not feel like they are paying as much in fees and taxes as in the food itself; but they also want to know what fees are for exactly.

Solution
